You’ll lead acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for our mobile app, using behavioral insights and smart experimentation to turn installs into loyal users.

As our Product Growth Manager, you will:

• Drive key growth KPIs: Install Rate, DAU/MAU, CPA, Churn, and more
• Analyze and optimize user journeys, especially around loan applications and approvals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and UX teams
• Design, launch, and evaluate A/B tests to boost performance
• Work with tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adjust, or similar platforms
• Provide strategic recommendations through dashboards, cohort analysis, and funnel tracking

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in mobile product growth or analytics roles
• Background in fintech, banking, or lending services preferred
• Proficiency in user segmentation, funnel analysis, and lifecycle marketing
• Strong analytical mindset – able to turn data into actionable insights
• Bonus: Knowledge of mobile UX best practices and financial app compliance
